Privacy policy
1. Who processes the data
This Policy describes how personal data is processed in the operation of the chatillect.com website and the Chatillect module in the Shopillect app. Two parties process data, each in its own part: Viktor Viktorovych Bystrov, individual entrepreneur (FOP), taxpayer number 3116407632 (the Operator) for the website and the Module; NOETIKOS GROUP LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (EDRPOU code 38991588) (the Service Provider) for sending Messages and accepting payments.
2. What data we process
2.1. Customer data: store name, contact person’s name, email, phone, Module settings, Balance top-up history. Full bank card data is processed by the payment service; neither the Operator nor the Service Provider receives it.
2.2. Data of the Customer’s buyers: name, phone number, order number, tracking number and delivery branch, to the extent needed for the Message text. The Module passes it to the Service Provider only to send the Message.
2.3. Website technical data: the website has no forms and uses no cookies for analytics or advertising. Hosting may keep standard request logs: IP address, time and page address.
3. Why
The Operator, to run the Module: settings, templates, Balance and delivery status display, answering Customers’ requests. The Service Provider, to send Messages, keep track of the Balance and payments, and meet legal requirements for payment records.
4. Legal grounds
Performance of the agreements with the Customer (the Public offer and the Shopillect terms of use), legitimate interest, and compliance with legal obligations. The Customer guarantees it has grounds to share its buyers’ data for sending Messages.
5. Who we share data with
Mobile operators and message delivery services, to deliver Messages; the payment service, to process payments; between the Operator and the Service Provider, to the extent needed to send Messages and keep the Balance; public authorities, where expressly required by law. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
6. Retention
Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes of processing and for the periods set by accounting law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to know what data about you is processed and why, to access it, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
8. Data protection
Only staff who need data for their work have access to it. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to it is logged.
9. Contacts
Send requests about personal data to the Operator on Telegram @xokvictor; requests about Messages and payments are passed on to the Service Provider. Details of both are in section 10 of the Public offer.
10. Changes to this Policy
A new version of the Policy is published at chatillect.com and takes effect on the day of publication.
