How it works

Three steps, then messages go out on their own

    Create a Chatillect account and connect it in Shopillect
    Chatillect appears in the Shopillect menu. No code and no separate app.

    Top up your balance
    Minimum top-up is UAH 1,000, by card. The balance sits right next to your orders.
  3. 3
    Messages go out on order events
    An order is placed, a tracking number appears, the parcel reaches the branch — your customer gets an SMS. Delivery status comes back to the order.

Questions

Who is the sender of the SMS?

Your store’s alpha name: you register it yourself, and messages come from it. The text includes your store name and the order number.

What will the receipt say after a top-up?

The payee on the receipt will be NOETIKOS GROUP LLC (EDRPOU code 38991588), the SMS traffic provider that sends the messages.

What about Viber?

Viber is available on request, including Viber sender registration: send a request and we will come back with details.

Do I need a separate app?

No. Chatillect is turned on inside Shopillect and runs on Shopify order events.

Can I change the message text?

Yes, the module has a convenient template editor.

What happens when the balance runs out?

Messages stop being sent until you top up the balance.

How do I pay?

By Visa or Mastercard. Minimum top-up is UAH 1,000.
